Eric has spent two decades in civil-rights and religious-liberty law: at the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, and as a partner at Lewis Roca. He founded Kniffin Law PLLC in 2023. He has represented religious institutions and faith-based businesses in more than thirty states, and he is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and eight federal courts of appeals.
